The afternoon will run from 2 till 5 and is a great opportunity to get your youngsters (or not-so-youngsters!) out in a relaxed environment before the show season start. Sessions are open to members only, and are suitable for riders & non riders. It is open to ponies of any age/experience. I can say from personal experience that I took my 5 year old along to one a couple of months ago, and we thoroughly enjoyed it and it did wonders for his manners. Equipment wise all you need is a head collar and lead rope, a pair of gloves, sensible footwear and a hard hat. Sessions cost £25 per handler/pony combination. With additional spectators welcome for a price of £5. Entries are strictly on a first come first served basis as places are limited. http://www.clubentries.com/cshpc Any questions feel free to give me a shout. [email protected] Rachael. In 2013 CSHPC introduced a new online entry system for some of our events. This meant that members were able to enter and pay for clinic and event entries online.
CSHPC are pleased to announce that we have plans for a
CAMP in 2014! We have kindly been invited to spend 3 days at Newtonmore Riding Centre on 23rd, 24th and 25th of May. At the moment we have plans to include activities such as lessons, ride outs, trec, carriage driving and a Hill Pony competition. Some unmonted activities will also be planned. More details will be available as soon as I have them. But if anyone has any suggestions of things we could/should be including please drop me an email on [email protected] Good luck to our members who are participating in our jumping clinic today at Lochview Stables. Typically it is a beautiful day, but I know if we had not booked an indoor venue it would likely have been pouring with rain! Make sure that you send us any photographs if you would like them included in our website gallery. You can email to them Gemma at [email protected] |
