Central Scotland Highland Pony Club (CSHPC) was founded in 1989, to encourage owners of pure and part-bred highland ponies, to participate in all equestrian
activities, in particular within the central belt of
Scotland.
It prides itself in being a very sociable and
friendly club which enjoys a wide variety of mounted and un-mounted, competitive and non competitive activities.
The CSHPC is affiliated to The Highland Pony Society, and is open to anyone with an interest in Highland
Ponies.
The clubs aims include:
· To encourage an active interest in pure and part-bred highland ponies
· To raise the standards of performance in all equestrian activities
· To keep members informed of all club activities by regular newsletter/email
· To offer members a varied choice of activities in which they can participate, (and gain knowledge)
· Activities/Visits organised include - ride-outs, stud visits, activity/social weekend, quiz night, visit to the races, clinics, annual show, interclub ODE
activities, in particular within the central belt of
Scotland.
