Well done to the CSHPC members who took part in the cross country training day at Kirkton at the weekend. Its fair to say, the weather was a LOT kinder than last year. Everybody seems to have enjoyed it, and our thanks to instructor Rachael MacLean for taking the sessions for us...hopefully we have converted her to the ways of highlands!
