Just a quick note to remind everyone that the 2015 AGM will be held on Friday 6th March at Strathallan Castle at 7:30 pm. We would love to see you all there. We have some new announcements to make, as well as the presentation of the 2014 performance awards. If anyone would like to consider joining the committee for 2015 we have spaces free. It's a great way to get involved, meet new people and find out what goes on behind the scenes at the events. Happy New Year Everyone!
We have been doing a lot of hardwork in the back ground over the last few weeks, and the committee and I are really pleased with the events we've got lined up for 2015. We have dates available for both of our shows, the One Day Event, the AGM, Pitmenzies Ride Out and lots of training. So please have a browse around the website and do check back with us for regular updates. You can also find us on Facebook. All our emails to members will come from [email protected] So please add this address to your contacts. We don't want you to miss out on any news! The AGM has been booked for 6th March at Strathallan Castle. We hope you can all come along and join us for stovies and a catch up afterwards. We will be there from 7pm for a 7:30 start. Our next club event is Le Trec training with Rhoda McVey. This event will be at Pitkeithly Wells, Bridge of Earn (indoors!). The cost is only £20 for members, and £25 for non members.
We have run a number of Le Trec events, and they always go down very well with members and ponies! You can enter via the club entries page: www.clubentries.com/cshpc We are looking forward to our annual one day event this weekend. It is being hed at Kirkton Farm at Doune. We are a little short of jump judges, so if you have some time to spare please contact Rachel via email. This is always a fun event to go along and watch, and everybody always has a great time.

The Annual Stud visit is also coming up on the 17th of August. We have been kindly invited to Meggernie Stud. If anyone would like to attend please get in touch so that I have an idea of numbers for catering. Full details are available on the stud visit page. We have Hamish Cameron training also booked for training at Bridge Of Earn on 10th August. Rachael. Due to unforeseen circumstances the Spring show has had to be rescheduled, and will now take place on Saturday 17th May. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope that everyone who had planned to can still attend. Any entries already sent in will be refunded if competitors can not make the new date. The stallion parade will also be reschedules to take place at the earlier time of 12 o'clock.
Well done to everybody who submitted a card for the CSHPC annual performance awards. The awards were given out tonight at the club AGM in Perth. There were some very high scores, with points given for any show classes affiliated to the HPS. Members who were placed but unable to attend will receive their rosettes in the post in due course.
